Land Transfer Act Notice

An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement.

The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 6 November 2017, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicants: Alan James Tuck and Anthea Jane Tuck, c/o Fitzherbert Rowe, PO Box 88, Feilding 4740.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 1 DP 488938 marked “A”, “B” and “C” on DP 488938 Certificate of Title 702300 (servient tenement) appurtenant to Lot 3 DP 22952 Certificate of Title WN982/7 (dominant tenement) created by Transfer 125185 registered on 28 January 1920.

Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision on DP 22952.
